Rates, Terms and Conditions

• From AUD*$340.00 pr night
• Complimentary return airport transfers for stays of 7 nights or more
• *Plus 10% local Government tourism tax

• Check in time 2:00pm (14:00hrs)
• Check out time 11:00am 
• Early check in and late check out available on request (charges apply)

• High Season: 1 July – 31 Aug 
• Peak Season: 20 Dec – 10 Jan ​

• All cancellations must be notified in writing.
• If a booking is cancelled 15 – 30 days prior to arrival date the deposit paid is non-refundable.
• If a booking is cancelled or has the nights reduced 1 – 14 days prior to arrival there will be a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost of the booking or the reduced number of nights.
• If you fail to show up for any reason no refund will be given.
• No refund will be given for reduction of stay once you have checked in.
•  We highly recommend travel insurance.  In the event of a natural   disaster occurring our standard Terms & Conditions apply.

• Tailor Service – our preferred tailor can visit the villa for private fittings

• 24hr convenience store located 1 minute from the villa
